Dear Changemaker,
Superstar X is based in Tkaronto, Ontario, northern Turtle Island (now often called Canada), and we wish to acknowledge that we are on the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat peoples. Tkaronto is now also home to many diverse First Nations, Métis, and Inuit Peoples. Superstar X also acknowledges that Tkaronto is covered by Treaty 13 signed with the Mississaugas of the Credit, and the Williams Treaties signed with multiple Mississaugas and Chippewa bands.
We are very grateful for the actions that all changemakers move toward Truth and (re)Conciliation, and we are particularly grateful for Indigenous Peoples’ openness to collaborate with non-Indigenous Peoples, so that we may collectively heal a path forward for the betterment of All.
